OBSTACLE 

Creating a space where tangata whenua could congregate to discuss matters of importance, showcase programs, and partnerships, and investigate areas of opportunity.

CONDUCT

Coordination of a three-day hui in regions on a quarterly basis, with attendance ranging from A to Z. Multiple sessions, locations, facilitators, speakers, and expos. 

SOLUTION
